How to manage expenses and view expenses report

This is an inventory app for small business and medium sized business that helps business owners manage their expenses and view the expenses report in graphical format as well and to  know the impact of the expenses on their profits.

How To Register Expense
From the main menu, click on the Expense menu item to open the All Expense records.

Click on the round plus (+) button on the lower right corner of the screen to open the Add Expense screen.

Enter the required information and click on the Add Expense button to save.

How To Delete Expense
From the All Expense screen, click on the red delete icon close to the expense you wish to delete. A confirmation message pops up to ensure you really want to delete.

To finally delete, click on YES to confirm.

How To Edit Expense
From the All Expense screen, click on the particular expense you wish to edit. An edit screen for the expense shows up with the expense details.

 Scroll down and click on the Edit button to enable edit on the fields. Edit the desired fields and click on the Update Information button to save.

How To View The Expenses Report In Graph
To view the expenses report, return back to the main menu and click on the Reports menu item. You will be taken to the Reports Menu.

From the reports menu, click on the Monthly Expense Graph to open the expenses in graph.
To know the effect of your expenses on your profit, go back to the Reports Menu and click on the  Profit/Loss Report.

From the profit and loss report, you will discover that the expenses have reduced your profit. Now, you would have known how well your business had performed during that time.
