How to View your sales report to know your profits from sales

You can view your sales reports daily, weekly, monthly or by any selected period of time. The goal of every business is to make profits and goalPOS helps you know your profit anytime. You also get to know how your expenses have impacted on your profits. You must have access to the reports to be able to view the sales and profits reports. This means, you as the business owner can prevent your salesperson from knowing your profits at the end of the month by removing the reports privilege from his/her login account type. To view the reports, click on the Report menu item on the Main Menu screen to open the Reports Menu

From the reports menu, you can view all the reports that come with goalPOS. These include All Sales Report, All Expense Report, Monthly Sales Graph, Monthly Expense Graph, Profit and Loss Report.

To  view the profits and loss statement, click on the Profit/Loss Statement icon.

From the Profit/Loss Report, you can filter by date to get the profit/loss of a desired period. You may want to see how to correctly use the date picker to pick dates.

To view other reports, follow the same sequence as the Profit/Loss report.
